SUPERVISOR’S MEETING
February 7 2002
The Jackson Township Supervisors held a meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the municipal building. Members present were David Bracken, Dowey Croyle, Robert Stephens, Dave Hirko, Connie Fetzer, The Jackson Township Planning Commission - Bruce Baker, Don Knopsnyder, Laird Rager and Tom Marhefka (not present - Dave Cobaugh), The Jackson Township Zoning Hearing Board - Rick Fetzer, Bill Ragley, Timothy Davis and Alternate Ellen Pentrack-Ocilka (not present - Alternate Janet Hagerich), and Zoning Officer Harry Baker. Also attending was Attorney Patrick Kiniry representing the Jackson Twp. Zoning Hearing Board. The meeting was called to order by David Bracken, Chairman, with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.
Public Comments:
William Michaels, Richard McDowell, Tom Szekeresh, Ed Westrick
and Jim Mullen commented on zoning.
Introductory Remarks:
Attorney Patrick Kiniry made introductory remarks to brief all
members participating in the workshop.
Workshop:
Members of the Zoning Hearing Board, Planning Commission along
with the general public attending asked questions and made
comments concerning zoning procedures. Attorney Patrick Kiniry
referenced various sections of the zoning ordinance while
responding to the various questions asked and comments made
during the workshop.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:30 by Twp. Supervisors Chairman Dave Bracken.
