Public Comments:
Cameron Hoffman said, I'd like to thank you guys for letting me talk about the Skate Park. I've been coming to the last meetings. . I've been talking. . I've been doing research and I have grant applications. This is one grant application from the Tony Hawk Foundation and this is the American Ramp Company Foundation. The American Ramp Company Foundation will give you 25% of all money raised to go to the Skate Park and the Tony Hawk Foundation will grant up to 25,000 to go to the Skate Park. Chairman Baker asked, have you applied or made application other than just print this? Cameron Hoffman said, like for Tony Hawk Foundation you need grants and fundraising. Baker said, we're willing to provide a suitable location but you guys are going to have to apply and seek these funds to put the park in. Baker said, we looked at what we had location wise and right now depending on what size it ends up, we think that Leidy Lane would be the best facility to utilize. We thought Leidy Lane would be better because it's highly visible so the Officers on patrol or even the general public driving by would see it. We support the idea but you're going to have to get this group organized and started and move from there. Cameron Hoffman said, I there a goal we should have for fundraising? Baker said, reach for the sky and accept anything in between. Wallet said, but you guys can kick it off. . you got to start somewhere and get organized and we'll provide you with the space for it. I give these guys, obviously your son, a lot of credit. . all these guys. . they've been very persistent and very organized.

Caroline McGraw said, I'm the President of the Nanty Glo Library Board and first of all, thank you all for your annual contribution to the Library. We have experienced substantial reductions the last several years in Library Funding. When the State cuts funds, the Federal cuts funds immeasurably . . it's a reflection of the State cut. I guess when your Budget's set for this year but please think of us. Chairman Baker said, thank you and we will take that into consideration.
