said, we received a letter from the Nanty Glo Public Library. It says Dear Supervisors, The annual fund drive is in progress at the Nanty Glo Library. Over the past several years the library has had cuts in State Funding and the state of the economy has caused a decrease in the local support that we receive. An increase in the amount of the Township donation would help us continue to be a great asset to the community. Nearly half of our registered patrons reside in Jackson Township and the Township has been a faithful and generous supporter of the library for many years.
