JACKSON TOWNSHIP EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SHELTERS
Do you know what facilities in Jackson Township are designated as Emergency Management Shelters? ANSWER: Jackson Township Senior Center, St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Pike Grace Brethren Church, St. John Vianney Church, Jackson Elementary School, Jackson Township Fire Hall, Singer Hill Grace Brethren Church and the Vinco Brethren Church. According to Brian Feist, shelters in the Township are not marked as such due to the fact that they want the capability to direct people to a particular location that is staffed with capable volunteers and supplies.
