The regular monthly meeting of the Jackson Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairman Bruce Baker at 6:30 pm.

Roll call:   Bruce Baker, Al Gailey, Don Knopsnyder, Laird Rager, Paul Wyrwas.  All present.

Minutes:
The minutes of the February 16, 2009 Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission where distributed to members.  Motion to approve by Al Gailey, Second by Paul Wyrwas.  Five Yes.  Motion passed.

Correspondence:  
No new correspondence.

New Business:
Subdivision of Brian Oleska, Pudliner Lane:

Preliminary Plan Approved.
Review the 2008 Planning Commission Report:  Note was made that DVO site plan has been altered from the original car wash, amended to 9000 sq. ft. building, and cancellation of planned construction.  Currently adding to existing pavilion, remainder undeveloped/parking.

Planning Commission also noted that Leisure Village submitted an operating permit application for 2007 but was not granted a permit.  No application for 2008 0r 2009 was filed.
