Don Knopsnyder called the Jackson Township planning commissions special meeting of March 26, 2007 to order at 7:00 p.m. All members were present. Connie Fetzer the recording secretary was not present.

Old Business  
The subdivision of Anna Albaugh / Debra Burkey was reviewed. The subdivision was rejected at the March 19, 2007 meeting because a letter to provide sewage was not present for JESTA. The letter is now attached to the application and the subdivision was approved. Motion Gailey second Baker, all in favor. The subdivision will be sent to the Supervisors for final approval. 

Adjournment Motion Baker, second Gailey to adjourn the meeting at 7:03 p.m. all in favor motion carried.
