The Jackson Township Planning Commission meeting was called to order by Chairman Bruce Baker on April 18, 2005 at 6:30 p.m. All members were present.

Public Comments
There were no public comments.

Don Knopsnyder made a motion to approve the minutes of the March 21, 2005 meeting. Seconded by Al Gailey. All in favor. Motion passed.

Correspondence
Letter from Mr. Robert McKool stating that he did not need not need a stormwater permit because he had permission from the PADEP for stormwater discharge on his property. Bruce Baker stated that the letter did not give him permission for stormwater discharge. He said that what he submitted was actually an E&S Control Plan from the Conservation District.

Old Business
The Kris subdivision was reviewed. Bruce Baker made a motion to approve the subdivision. Al Gailey seconded the motion. Baker, Gailey, Nagle and Rager voted to approved the subdivision. Don Knopsnyder voted no. Motion passed.

The progress of the comprehensive plan was reviewed.

Don Knopsnyder made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:08 p.m. Deb Nagle seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion passed.
