Minutes
Don Knopsnyder made a motion to approve the minutes of the April 21, 2008 meeting. The motion was seconded by Laird Rager. All in favor. Motion passed.

Correspondence
There was no correspondence.

New Business
The subdivision of Sara Jane Leckey was reviewed. Bruce Baker made a motion to table the subdivision until the Leckeys make the revisions to the map with a note explaining what they are doing. A letter will be send to the Leckey= s telling them what is required. Don Knopsnyder seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion passed.

The subdivision of William Gleason Barbin and Karen Barbin was reviewed . Don Knopsnyder made a motion to approve the subdivision and Laird Rager seconded the motion. All in favor with Al Gailey abstaining.

Old Business
Bruce Baker gave an update on the Cambria County Coalition stating that they are looking at obtaining a hot box and crack sealer.

Al Gailey made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:55 p.m. Bruce Baker seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion passed.
