The regular monthly meeting of the Jackson Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairman Bruce Baker at 6:30 pm.

Bruce Baker, Al Gailey, Laird Rager, and Paul Wyrwas.

None

Minutes:
Minutes of the May 18, 2009 Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission where distributed to members.  Motion to approve by Bruce Baker, Second, Laird Rager.  Four Yes.  Motion passed.

Correspondence:  
No new correspondence.

New Business:
Review the proposed subdivision of Frank and Doreen Svencer.  Motion was rejected by Bruce Baker and Second Al Gailey.  Four yes.  Motion rejected.  Based on no mylars were submitted with application.

Old Business:  
Richard Sutter and Lindsay performed a review of the “Separate But Consistent” Zoning Ordinances.  A handout was provided that showed current Jackson Township Ordinance, Zoning District, RCS&A Ordinance and Recommendations.
