PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 17, 2002
Following the Pledge of Allegiance, the Jackson Township Planning Commission monthly meeting was called to order by Chairman Bruce Baker, on June 17, 2002 at 6:30 p.m. Attending were Bruce Baker, Tom Marhefka, Laird Rager, and Don Knopsnyder. Dave Cobaugh was absent.
Public Comments
There were no public comments.
Meeting Minutes
Bruce Baker asked if there were any corrections to
the minutes from the May meeting and the special meeting held on May 20, 2002,
which were passed out prior to the meeting. Tom Marhefka made a motion to accept
the minutes from both meetings. Laird Rager seconded the motion. All in favor to
accept the minutes.

New Business
The Minor Subdivision of Tom and Judith Opdenhoff
was reviewed. Don Knopsnyder to approve the minor subdivision pending receipt of
letters from Sewer and Water Authorities stating service will be provided. Jerry
Thomas (surveyor) stated he will have these letters prior to supervisor’s
meeting. All in favor. Motion passed. A letter will be written to the
supervisors recommending approval of this minor subdivision.
The Minor Subdivision of Mark and Shari Gillen was approved pending receipt of proper documentation from DEP and surveyor, Bob Delauter, has completed and submitted the mylar.
The latest building permits were reviewed and consisted of the following:
A motion was made by Don Knopsnyder seconded by Laird Rager to adjourn the meeting at 7:10 p.m. All were in favor.
