Chairman Al Gailey called the Jackson Township planning commission to order on July 25, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. All members were present.

Old Business
The proposed Windmill ordinance was reviewed. On a motion made by Bruce Baker and seconded by Don Knopsnyder the planning commission recommended the board of Supervisors adopt the proposed ordinance with the following changes. The decommission bond be set at 50% and the renewal be set at five (5) years. All were in favor, motion carried.

The subdivision ordinance was reviewed and the proposed changes will be sent to Richard Sutter for inclusion in the new draft subdivision ordinance.
