The Jackson Township Planning Commission of July 18, 2005 was reconvened and adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
The Jackson Township Planning Commission meeting was called to order by Chairman Bruce Baker on August 8, 2005 at 6:31 p.m. All members were present.
Steve Yurasek asked if the township was making headway on the overlay to define the districts. Bruce commented that he was not exactly where they stand. He told Steve that when he knows something concrete he will let Steve know.
The minutes will be reviewed and approved next month.
There was no correspondence.
Reviewed the progress of the comprehensive plan
The windmill ordinance should be reviewed before the next meeting, and the findings will be reported on at the next meeting in September.
The Land Development Plan of the Laurel Highlands Landfill, Inc., and Rager Mountain, LP was presented. Al Gailey made a motion to recommend approval of the Memorandum of Lease to the Board of Supervisors. Laird Rager seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion passed.
Don Knopsnyder made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:56 p.m. Deb Nagle seconded. All in favor.
