PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 16, 2002
Following the Pledge of Allegiance, the Jackson Township Planning Commission monthly meeting was called to order by Chairman Bruce Baker, on September 16, 2002 at 6:30 p.m. Attending were Bruce Baker, Laird Rager, Marhefka and Dave Cobaugh. Don Knopsnyder was absent.
Public Comments
Eugene Kist commented on what provision the
township was making for nonconforming properties. Laird Rager asked Mr. Kist
which properties he was referring to. Bruce Baker explained that Mr. Kist had
posed this questions to the supervisors and the solicitor told Mr. Kist that he
needed to state which properties were nonconforming before they could address
his questions.
Robert Williams had questions concerning a subdivision he was assisting Mike Davitch with. It was explained to Mr. Williams the steps he would need to follow to complete the subdivision.
Meeting Minutes
Bruce Baker asked if there were any corrections to
the minutes from the August meeting, which were passed out prior to the meeting.
Tom Marhefka made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Laird Rager seconded
the motion. All in favor to accept the minutes.

A motion was made by Laird Rager and seconded by Tom Marhefka to adjourn the meeting at 6:46 p.m. All were in favor.
