Following the Pledge of Allegiance, the Jackson Township Planning Commission monthly meeting was called to order by Chairman Bruce Baker, on October 21, 2002 at 6:30 p.m. All members were present.

Meeting Minutes
Bruce Baker asked if there were any corrections to the minutes from the September meeting, which were passed out prior to the meeting. Laird Rager made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Dave Cobaugh seconded the motion. All in favor to accept the minutes.

New Business
The minor subdivision of Gail Bodenschatz and Margaret Parks was reviewed and approval was given on the condition that the owners obtain approval from Cambria Township since part of the subdivision lies within Cambria Township. Tom Marhefka made a motion to approve the subdivision on the condition that the owners obtain approval from Cambria Township. The motion was seconded by Tom Marhefka. All in favor.

The side lot addition of Michael M. and Dolores C. Devich conveying .17 Acres to Robert and Christine Williams was reviewed. Don Knopsnyder made a motion to approve the minor subdivision and the motion was seconded by Tom Marhefka. All in favor

The latest building permits (Nos. 67-88 - Note No. 85 was missing) which consisted of the following:

A motion was made by Don Knopsnyder and seconded by Laird Rager to adjourn the meeting at 7:08 p.m. All were in favor.
