John Robertson
Magic &  Illusion Show

John Robertson has become quite a celebrity in the region by sharing his magic and illusion show at schools, nursing homes, Special Olympics, parties, church groups and corporate events.  He has even performed at the main campus of Penn State and at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.  Robertson started his magic career in 1990 performing his first show for a 2-year old who needed a heart transplant.  Robertson performs everything from close-up to stage magic and loves to make people smile.  Robertsons shows never turn out the same and there is always the element of surprise so you won't want to miss it!  He loves to interact with the audience and customizes each show to how well the group is responding.

He has had offers to do shows in Ohio, Chicago and Myrtle Beach but tries to stay within the Region.  Often the show becomes a family affair as they all love to participate.  John often does charity and church events as he believes God gave him a gift and wants him to give the gift back to the community.  Because of his generosity, many companies and organizations have even donated items for him to use in his act.

Some of his tricks involve working with fire, under-water escapes, making himself and others disappear and then reappear but feels some of his best is in "close up magic".  One of his newest illusion combines penetration and separation. He also has worked with a variety of animals during the years including seven doves, a ferret, a cockatiel, a green macaw, hamsters, Flemish rabbits and a snake.  At one time he used the snake when he disappeared from the stage and reappeared in the audience holding the snake.  One thing for sure, you never know what will happen when Robertson performs.  Children & Adults alike will be astonished and amazed at this show so be sure to attend!
