Jackson Township Fishing Derby
The Jackson Township Recreation
Commission in cooperation with the Jackson Township Community
Rod & Gun Club has hosted the Annual Fishing Derby
since 2006. The 1st Annual Fishing Derby at the
Simmons Farm Pond and has since moved to the Woodland Park
Campground. Each year, hundreds of children age and under gather
for the fun and excitement of the Fishing Derby. In addition, the
Jackson Township Community Rod & Gun Club solicits local businesses,
organizations and individuals for prizes which are awarded on the day of
the Derby.
