(800) 677-4884 or (800) 458-4090 or (814) 479-3420 Laurel Highlands Landfill (814) 749-9065 Waste Management on NEW Quarterly Garbage Service Cambria County Solid Waste Authority Illegal Dumping Program Quarterly Garbage Service Rates 2009 - $39.74 Billing Billing for a quarter will be done in the previous quarter (i.e. - the First Quarter service period consists of January-March and will be billed mid-November prior) Waste Management Holidays Waste Management holidays are observed as noncollection days.  They are:  New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.  Waste Management shall collect garbage missed because of a holiday on the next day following (except Sunday). Note:  Independence Day is on Sunday in 2009, Christmas Day is on Saturday in 2009 and New Years Day is on Saturday in 2010, therefore the regular garbage collection schedule will not be affected.  Also in 2010 normal Monday-Friday trash collection will be as normal during Antlered Deer Season. Quarterly Laurel Highlands Landfill Passes Each quarter, each separate household of Jackson Township may obtain a Landfill Pass for dispoal of one pickup truck load of refuse, free of charge, at the Jackson Township Municipal Building.
