Subdivision Ordinance - Bruce Baker said they had talked about the number of maps required. He said he had talked with the solicitor regarding the number of copies required. The solicitor said that all the copies are allowed requirements but not mandatory so the Planning Commission can decide how many copies they would require. For a minor subdivision it was decided that the copies could be reduced down to 2 copies with 2 mylars and a major would still require the eight copies and 2 mylars. This will be what will be recommended for an amendment to the subdivision ordinance. Al Gailey said he will work on a checklist for completing the subdivison approval process.

Don Knopsnyder reported on the Joint Planning Commission Comprehensive Plan. He reported that they are still meeting and that a target date for completion has been set for October 2008. Don Knopsnyder is still working on setting up a training class for the Municipal Planning Code.
