JULY 18, 2005

The Jackson Township Planning Commission meeting was called to order by Chairman Bruce Baker on June 20, 2005 at 6:30 p.m. All members were present.

Public Comments
There were no public comments.

Al Gailey noted that a correction needed to be made to the June 20 minutes under the site plan review for Patrick Patterson. The motion to approve the site plan was seconded by Bruce Baker not by Al Gailey. Al Gailey made a motion to approve the minutes as corrected. The motion was seconded by Don Knopsnyder. All in favor. Motion passed.


Old Business
The side-lot addition of Michael and Bonnie Farabaugh conveying .58 acre to William and Sandy Williams was reviewed. Deb Nagle made a motion to approve the side lot addition. The motion was seconded by Laird Rager. All in favor. Motion passed.

The subdivison of Paul Reese separating .38 acres containing the house from the remainder of the property was reviewed. A motion was made by Laird Rager and seconded by Don Knopsnyder to approve the subdivision. All in favor. Motion passed.

New Business
The subdivision of Frances Decker was reviewed. Laird Rager made a motion to approve the subdivision and it was seconded by Deb Nagel. Al Gailey abstained from voting. Bruce Baker, Don Knopsnyder, Laird Rager, and Deb Nagel voted to approve the subdivision. Motion passed.

At 6:30 p.m. Sign Die was called in order to tour the township with Richard Sutter & Associates to inventory available land for development. The meeting will reconvene on August 15, 2005 at 6:30 p.m.
