PUBLIC COMMENTS Steve Yurasek commented on the zoning districts. Suggested the planning commission look at route 22 saying that you have commercial businesses in an Ag district. You should make some adjustments.

NEW BUSINESS The site plan of Karen Golden and Brian Sanderson was reviewed. They are seeking a dimensional setback reduction of 6' to build a garage at their Swiggle mountain road home. They are located in an Ag district and are required to meet a 15' side yard setback and can only make a 9' setback. After seeing the pictures and talking to Harry Baker the Zoning officer and Mrs. Golden a motion was made to grant the setback reduction.
